Side Project
This is a project that I really wanted to make happen for the Linux users out there. Most of us have learned to deal with—or cope with—just making things work, even though not a whole lot of support is given. While a lot of the icons on the website Wallpapers Clan are limited in the number of icons supported and are only for iOS, I understand that this is something that a lot of people want. They'll make do with just a good set of icons and try to get by with the rest.
One of the unique things about this script is that it uses hash-based distribution to fill in the missing icons that aren't supported, or it creates a default one. So every app you have will have an icon made for it when you run the script. It may not be the perfect icon, but that's why I also included a picker—so you can pick and choose from the icons available to set one that works better for your needs.
I've tested it on the window manager of my preference, on desktop environments, and more, with great feedback. I hope that others see it and take the script even further—you know, add some other features that I probably won't add. I only made one comment, and that's all I plan on doing.
